When I checked in, I realized that my reservation had been mixed up with another guest’s who had the same last name, and I was charged for an extra night. The issue was eventually resolved, but the hotel did not take any action to compensate for the mistake, which is not what one would expect from a high-end hotel. Additionally, there was a lot of noise at night due to a service door located near the room, which was extremely annoying as it was constantly being opened and closed throughout the day. To make matters worse, the guests next door had two dogs that barked during the night. Terrible experience. This is absolutely not what I expected from a Four Seasons. It is not worth spending money on this hotel.

Beautiful place. Great service. Brought our dogs. They are allowed at no charge! Excellent room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Concierge is excellent and helped us to get perfect seats to see The Wizard of Oz at the Sphere. They have a car service for local rides. I cannot say enough good things. My favorite place to stay in Vegas.
