This is our go to hotel in Vegas. Got 2 adjoining rooms for the family. Sean at the front desk could not have been greater. Love the pool and the restaurants (you don't have to go far to eat a great meal) and proximity to everything, especially SPHERE!

Lovely break, beautiful hotel, the rooms are amazing. A couple of things to note : - it’s huge, you will get lost in the shops/canals - there is no fridge in the room, just a mini bar that charges if you move anything - the resort fees are A LOT, I think you can decline them at check-in and just opt for WiFi (still $20 a day). I unfortunately didn’t know this. - most of the pool is shaded for the morning. You need to be up and in the queue for the doors opening to get a sunny lounger and a chunk of them are reservation only.

The Palazzo was bueatiful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that I would have an opinion on is that for such an expensive hotel, the rooms could at least have free coffee maker, a microwave, and fridge besides having an expensive mini bar most people are scared to even bump to get charged for. Most guests buy their own snacks and bring it in so they can actually eliminate it. We dined in restaurants we couldnt even take to-go because we had no where to store it in our room.

Amazing stay

First time staying here and we were absolutely blown away. Room was huge, comfortable, clean and nice furnishings. All staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Pool area was perfect. Definitely will be returning there in the future.

Upgraded us to a suite with a king bed, we had reserved a suite with two queen beds checked in at midnight did not receive an a portable bed until after 3am was told we had to be out by 11 AM No rest will not be returning to the Plaza or the Venetian waste of money!

Didn’t go to spa but used the pools which were amazing as well as the cafe in the spa. Beautiful hotel and gorgeous room
