I thought the hotel was a luxury hotel and it definitely falls short in my opinion. The actual physical plant is fine, but the rooms are lacking amenities as simple as a kettle to boil water let alone any type of coffee brewer. They were happy to bring me one for a steep charge. I had booked a room with “Prestige Club” lounge access. This lounge has the most basic presentation I’ve ever encountered. I am for sure booking elsewhere in the future.

The Palazzo at The Venetian is gorgeous and a lot of fun. The slot machines are great, the service is super friendly — staff came by often offering drinks — and there are plenty of restaurants with a great selection, tasty food, beautiful atmosphere, and fast service. Since we already pay a resort fee, it would be nice to have at least a bottle of water and a coffee maker in the room, and parking should really be free for hotel guests. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

We paid more for the Prestige Club at the Palazzo. It was very disappointing to find out in our second evening (they offer Hors d'oeuvres from 5pm to 7pm) that it was 6pm when we arrived and they didn’t have desert. I can understand if it is 20min before closing but 1 hour before closing I don’t find this justified… We decided to go to the Venetian and they had plenty of desert. I won’t stay here at the Palazzo because the way they treat us and not even apologized for it. The customer service at the Venetian Prestige Club is way better even though they are the same but the manager and workers at the Palazzo are inferior in customer care.

Unbelievable customer service! Highly recommend the Palazzo for your next Vegas stay. Due to the nature of my visit I was staying in a two queen suite for two nights and then switching to a king premium suite for two nights. I went to the front desk to ask if I could have a 1 hour late checkout to cut down the time between the two rooms. Manuel, at the front desk, was amazing and allowed me a 2-hour late checkout rearranged some room configurations so that my next room would be cleaned soon and I would be able to transfer to the new room on the same floor. Everyone from the security guards, hostesses, wait staff, to housekeeping have been so friendly and so accommodating. You may pay a bit more to stay at the Palazzo, but it is worth every single penny!

I am writing to report a highly unacceptable experience during our stay from **December 23–26**, where we booked **two Luxury Rooms, 2 Queen Beds, City View**, via Expedia. We arrived around **8:00 PM on December 23** and faced an extremely long check-in line with only two staff members working. After a long wait, the front desk agent reviewed our reservation, disappeared for over five minutes, then informed us that **our confirmed rooms had been “sold”** and we would need to move to another tower. This is completely unacceptable and deceptive, as our rooms were fully paid for and confirmed. I refused unless an upgrade was provided. Due to a dinner reservation, I was forced to store luggage for six people and asked the staff to resolve the issue. I also immediately contacted **Expedia**, who confirmed they had reached out to hotel management and would hold our rooms. When we returned around **11:00 PM**, we were again faced with a **30+ minute check-in line**. After waiting again, I asked to speak with the duty manager. The manager on duty, **Daphen**, was dismissive and claimed she knew nothing about the issue. Despite both rooms being booked together, we were assigned rooms **911 and 838**, at opposite ends, with no consideration for guest experience. This hotel showed **no accountability, poor management, and a lack of integrity**, prioritizing over-selling over honoring reservations. I strongly advise travelers to be cautious and prepared to

Excellent and beautiful hotel! Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the Grand Luxe was delicious. Hotel staff throughout were the friendliest we ever experienced. Wizard of Oz at the sphere was spectacular!
