Love the newly renovated room, the beds are very comfortable, spacious room and 2 TV. Attached little walk from the lobby to the room, the place is huge, one can get lost easily.

Housekeeping staff was okay. Room service and Chica food wasn't great. Concierge service was amazing. Room service attendant amazing. Room was spacious, beautiful and clean. Close to coffee, shops and restaurants. Casino staff were all pretty great. I would definitely stay there again.

Parking was chaos and not clear of where to valet. Valet upon departure did not help with luggage even though we tipped on our card. Even though the Venetian was a beautiful hotel, it felt more like a city and was easy to get lost just going to your room. Be prepared to walk a lot for your room, activities, and dining everywhere in the hotel.

The Venetian is a huge hotel , over 20000 rooms. Extremely chaotic. The biggest inconvenience for us was the no coffee maker in the room. They have cafes in the lobby but the lineups are insane. It may take over a half hour to get coffee. The resort is clean, good security, ok staff at reception but not exceptional. Would not go back
