The property and room are clean and nice. The adventure to get to the south tower suites is a bit much. Go up one elevator, walk thru several halls and corridors, take another elevator. The 1.5 mile track from the front desk is a bit much. Also the room has an amenity bar, but no coffee maker. Called for coffee service and it was going to be a hour. That was a long trek to go get coffee.

Disappointed there wasn't complementary coffee in the room. Room was great, and so were the security guards. They were very helpful in finding and discovering.Where our room and shops were. It was a very confusing layout for anyone people to navigate.

We were given an unasked for upgrade to a really wonderful room. The hotel has many restaurants including a cafe that has a huge menu at really reasonable prices. Fun shopping area along its “canal”. Good parking. All staff interactions wereexcellent
