Staff was excellent. Dont get the loft. Its too small

Was not satisfied, was not told room service was every other day. Went downstairs asked for 3 sets of towels, in which I did not receive. I had to go to the Front Desk to get my own towels, EARLY that morning! The Clerk went to the back got me the towels. The Clerk the night before, WHY? couldn't she just get me the towels that night!

Old place, very noisy, but rooms comfortable, but very old

The included breakfast could have been better. No much choice, only one meat etc.

You get what you pay for. This Travelodge on So Airport consistently offer the best room prices in the area, and the rooms were habitable. Paint coming off the walls in small spots, 2 lights weren't working, but the bed was clean as was the bathroom. Parking is very difficult to find after 9:00pm. The bald, young, slim, night clerk has horrendous customer service skills - I walked up to him to ask about late checkout times. He was on his cell phone, asked me to wait a minute, walked outside, and proceeded to continue his personal phone conversation for over 5 minutes while leaving me to wait. I walked away, he saw me walk away, and didn't even acknowledge me. But again, I knew what to expect at $55 a night while the other motels and hotels were averaging $80-$100 per night.
