Clean, hotel smelled lovely, great atmosphere, friendly service, comfortable bed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and truly loved everything about it. The property is beautiful, impeccably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Every detail was clearly well cared for, and all of the amenities exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, and what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single employee we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. From check-in at the front desk, to the concierge, housekeeping, valet, bartenders, and all the staff we interacted with throughout our stay — everyone went above and beyond with the best attitude and the most cordial treatment. Even during the busy holiday season, the team was consistently patient, attentive, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. Their warmth and dedication truly stood out and made us feel so well taken care of. If I ever return to San Francisco, I would absolutely choose to stay here again without hesitation. A huge thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so memorable — we are extremely happy with our experience and can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Everything at this hotel is great. SERVICE is exceptional. Everyone I come in contact with who works here has the most positive Friendly attitude. . Always looking to see what they can do to help you and make you stay better. Can't pick up any place I would rather stay on my visit to the San Francisco.
