The 1st floor room I had a room that was getting remodeled smelled very bad. Stayed another night a few days later and there were Ants in the room on the 3rd floor

There were roaches in my room! :( disgusting! They had wings too, I told the front desk and he didn’t seem surprised and simply said that he would let them know( I don’t know who!!) I wish I had my camera ready but I was more concerned about them getting into my luggage so no picture to download here unfortunately! No house keeping everyday unless you ask for it until noon! You could get new towels . I asked for housekeeping but I guess they forgot or missed my room, I got to my room in the evening and front desk apologized and said no more house keeper on the property! I would not go back to this place!

Although the website says recently renovated, the rooms are out of the 80s. The single elevator is rickety and extremely slow. The bed is comfortable. Shower is ok, but temperature and pressure are inconsistent. The coffee maker did not work. No mini fridge or microwave, which were included in the listing. Overall ok. Safe, clean, pretty quiet.super nice staff.
