Very nice and clean hotel. Very kind personnel. Only issue is that even if you stay more than one day, we actually stayed 4 nights, there is room cleaning / service only only when you check in. This is becoming common in all US hotels , from the Covid time, they save thousands of dollars .. but it is somehow disappointing as they still charge you the same price for each night you stay more. There should be a discount for multiple Night stay if they do not offer the service. To be fair they have a notice in the bathroom that the service is visible on demand for basic service. Anyway a great hotel !

Great Stay!

Great stay over all, 4.5 out of 5. The only hiccup we had was the room not being ready at 4pm, but they rectified it immediately! In addition, the staff was kind and attentive during our stay, so I would highly recommend Sonesta Select & their King Suite, if you are visiting San Francisco. If I’m ever in the area again, I will return!

Very nice place to stay. I like looking out the window and seeing the water with great walking or running paths. Friendly staff. Rooms are nice sized and comfortable beds. Anytime I’m in the Bay Area I stay there.

I’m very pleased with the hotel itself, location and cleanliness. - What I disliked was the horrible customer service I received from the moment i got there. I checked in Monday night from a delayed flight at 11pm, and the front desk man was very careless and didn’t put any effort into making my check in process smoothly. No wi-fi password was given, and he was in a hurry to get me out of the way and not deal with me. - In the morning, i had a question about breakfast (which i already had paid for in advance) and another front desk employee also had the rude attitude and told me to call expedia to answer just a simple yes/no question. He simply turned and walked away, and left me standing there. I honestly hoped for better customer service, it’s very disappointing to feel unwelcome at a place you pay to stay at.

We found blood on the bed sheets on our last day. A roach was crawling on our bed, the wallpaper and wood trim was falling apart. Staff was great though!
