Fisherman's Wharf winery accommodation

First time staying at this hotel. The location is good (walking distance to the wharf, the MUNI and the cable car stations). The room is cleaning, including the all bed sheets. The part that I like the most is the breakfast. They offer really nice & fresh buffet breakfast daily with various choices. Highly recommended.

Loved how close it is to pier 39, staff was amazing!

Providing the option to fill our water bottles was excellent since we didn't have to pay for water or discard plastic into the environment. Provision of coffee & tea was also good, I especially liked the sheets. Can the sheets be purchased?

Hotels is very nice room was relatively small but good location.

Overall, my stay was superb. Room and bed were comfortable and I was pleased with how quiet this room was compared to my last stay. A little bit frustrated because I had missed my first night of my stay due to being hospitalized. Front desk attendant was not exactly friendly when checking in. Also had to go back to the desk 3 times because my keys would not trigger the lock pad. The houseman was very helpful in getting me into the room. Homeless situation outside the property is getting worse but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Very nice hotel staff, clean rooms. Everything was great.
