Breakfast fresh and great value.

Room was clean and comfortable, washer/dryer was a plus with laundry liquid provided. Sauna was great. Great location in the centre of CBD

Beautifully designed hotel with very generously sized rooms, and fantastic amenities. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, however bar staff were rude. Really love the hotel, but soundproofing between rooms is terrible - had to change rooms because of noise, but both rooms had the same noise problem.

Smooth, fast check in, lovely room, amazing breakfast

My room hadn’t been cleaned - dirty toilet and someone’s earring on the bedside table. But apart from that it was fine.

The staff, as always, were pleasant, efficient and helpful. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. The apartment, a two bedroom apartment, was roomy and comfortable. I have stayed there many times and it will continue to be my first choice.
