This place has excellent potential to really be a nice location for the right price. The pricing for a night is high compared to what the property offers in comfort and cleanliness. A good deep clean all the way around, maintaining the exterior doors and grounds, performing some interior painting and carpet changes would make this place really awesome. Great size, pool, etc. But it fell short.

The lobby, floors, and room smelled like old bus stop, with cigarette smoke, body odor, and old carpet trying to be masked by windex and bleach. Room was no better than a motor lodge, stained carpets, small bathroom, bad caulk, worn linens and towels. We stayed several nights but did not get our rooms refreshed until our departure. Dark parking lot with several groups of people resembling crack addicts walking about. Not worth the money spent with other options in town.

With an exception of the hot tub being out of service and finding some dirty ladies underwear behind the chair everything else was absolutely awesome and id recommend this place for the price

They were all around the best experience for a Casper hotel. They were very understanding about my friends dog who had been injured and had to be taken with us after the incident. Safe all made sure that the dog was okay and loved on him when we weren’t in the hotel room

Nice hotel one crappy employee in morning

The lady who worked Moring shift on 7/30/25 around 9ish. She was very rude and ignorant and it was bad enough I told her you know what I'm going somewhere else because I won't be treated like that . All I wanted was to book another night ! .she said lmy reservation is none existent even me proving her otherwise she would not take no for a answer .

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Kota Hotel in Casper, Wyoming. The room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke and an awful odor that resembled bodily fluids. It was so strong and unpleasant that I couldn’t imagine staying the night. The overall cleanliness was poor, and the noise levels throughout the hallway were nonstop — loud voices, slamming doors, and a generally chaotic atmosphere. That said, I do want to recognize the staff, who were kind and professional. Despite the conditions, they handled my early check-out politely and without issue. Unfortunately, no level of customer service can make up for such an unclean and uncomfortable environment. I left within 10 minutes of arriving and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bad experience

Traveling with my 2 children, I booked a 2 queen, non smoking, pool facing room. We arrived to a terrible smelling room. It was a mix of smoke, chlorine, and cleaners (maybe deodorizer?). We slid open the glass doors to the pool area and were unable to close the door. It was jamming and unable to latch and lock. My child began having asthma symptoms due to the smoke smell and also likely pet allergies. The bathroom had an ant infestation. I called the front desk to inquire about a non-smoking, non-pet room. They could not guarantee the other room would be either of those things. We cancelled the room and moved across the street to the Quality Inn. The front desk worker was helpful and spoke to hotels.commit confirm the issues.
