Rooms lovely and with great amenities.When we went to our room it hadnt been fully cleaned so we had to wait outside until it was finished so seems there was a communication breakdown between the team. At.845am on day of check out the cleaning team were knocking on our door to see when we were leaving despite check out being 11am. Breakfast was poor, however the lady working there was amazing and so friendly and helpful. There are a lot of other hotels in the area so if we were to come back we would stay elsewhere.

Front desk red- headed staff member was cold and not helpful. When asked about a good place to eat she automatically recommended a high priced steak house and talked poorly about another while referring that it was Sunday, after all, so few places were open. Did not offer any info on breakfast or helpful beyond checking us in.

Other than the door not closing on its own or all the way. We accidentally left it open a couple of times. Otherwise it was clean and the staff were friendly.

We had a smooth check-in, friendly staff that checked us in right away. The hotel is in a convenient area close to the highway that takes us to Glenrock. The room was clean, quiet and the hotel is pet friendly. We are happy travelers especially being able to bring my dachshund with me traveling.
