A truly wonderful hotel, for a few nights away. The staff were great, always there to help if required. The rooms are large and very comfortable, large balcony area and bathroom with everything you need. The shuttle to the malls was a nice touch. The pool and bar areas are very well maintained and again the staff are lovely and friendly, always on hand.

The friendliness of the staff sets this place a part from any other place i have been to. Everyone was approachable and readily available to help and answer questions with a smile. Would definitely stay at another Fairmont inbthe future.

The property boasts excellent cleanliness and security, while the private beach is a real gem. The hotel is exceptionally accommodating to guests with accessibility needs. The food options were diverse and delicious. My only suggestion for guests is to bring a reusable water bottle and consider purchasing dining or drink packages.

This hotel was perfect for our holiday with a 4 year old and 5 month old. They facilitated a room upgrade and early check in. All staff were brilliant with the children and our eldest enjoyed a session at the kids club. The buffet restaurant was amazing, easier with the children than visiting the other restaurants but the food quality was outstanding. Would definitely visit again.
