Ferntree Gully all inclusive resorts

Clean, smart hotel and being city centre based is good for all amenities. Can get noisy in the morning if you get a street-facing room but over all very good.

Hotel was clean and convienent except that the lift did not go all the way to the room floor. This meant dragging 23kg cases down a short staircase. The hotel staff did not mention this upon arrival.

Overall is good despite not a modern hotel. Right in the CBD

Perfect hotel for exploring Melbourne Walking distance to all CBD areas plus free tram number 86 literally stops right outside Staff where super friendly and helpful Good sized swimming pool & gym if you require either or both

Permant workers starting work early idling there van in carpark for 1/2 hr a bit annoying
