VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIEINCE

1. Lobby and room had a odor. We had to open the window to vent and reduce smell. 2. Rug in room was filthy. 3. Worst Motel-Hotel Bed. 4. Towels were damp. 5. Breakfast room was clean, however, NO FRUIT, and NO MEAT, NO YOGURT.....a Banana and a Sausage Patty would have made all the difference. 6. Egg patties cold. 7. Cereal was good. 8. Grounds a Parking Clean, Well Lit and Pleasant. 9. Staff was very polite. 10. Location great. 11. Durning a year, we usually spend about 10 nights in a Motel or Hotel, sometimes in Ft. Laud, other in Wesley Chapel, which is just North of Tampa.....visiting family, etc. This was the most disappointing.

The stay was goid until we did laundry the washer was fine but the dryer did not work so we had to take the clothes from yhe washer to dry at a coin laundry thankfully there's was one near by

Maybe location . The mattress are the worst. They are supposed to be a green hotel saying they are willing to clean the room every 3 days. The parking lot is so illuminated that the light comes through the curtains. The carpet are old and have a lot of stains.

It's an older property and I did notice that the staff was deep cleaning the hallway carpet on the day I left. There is older furniture in the room but it was well maintained and clean. The landscaping looks really great and the front desk crew was helpful, attentive and polite. I liked the proximity of the property to restaurants, including a smoothie shop and nail salon and Peruvian restaurant.

Wrong dates of stay

I did not stay at the hotel because I made a mistake on the dates when I did the reservation. It supposed to be as of 04-25-2025 till 04-262025. I tried with no luck to get in touch with Hotels number with no luck whatsoever. I don’t know if I could recover the days?? I will be here till Monday April tge 28 th. It was nice inside and the staff was very helpful. It was good value for the cost of the stay. Sweet view of the lake from the fourth floor. Is down the road from sawgrass mills mall with movies and dining too. Bed was comfy and room was spacious.
