Rooms were clean and updated. The staff was great. The only issues I had was not getting the extra pillows I requested, and the eggs at breakfast all had cheese in them. There should be an option for lactose intolerant guest. There were also no sugar free options for diabetic guest in the sodas and food choices.

The pickup with the airport shuttle was helpful, and I was in at 11PM and out at 9AM. Room was fine just to get a night's sleep before leaving on a cruise, will book with them again.

The first room that they gave us had a very strong musty smell covered in bleach. We left immediately and they gave us a better room. The room was adequate. The breakfast was not well liked by our family. It's in a good location, close to airport and cruise port.
