Horrible shuttle experience and customer service l

Waited 2 hours in cold, rainy, and windy weather for their Sleep Inn shuttle. What they failed to tell us after several calls is the shuttle is under Red Roof Inn, not Sleep Inn. We liked the hotel location and will be back, but Uber will be worth it next time.

Staff were very accommodating and continental breakfast were very good. One and only complaint was the wifi internet speed which was unbearably slow. I needed reliable and reasonably fast which was not available. Staff acknowledged that an improvement was needed

Hotel was nice and clean, only downfall about our stay we didnt get a chance to use the pool because of a rain storm it was dirty. :( cleaned it as we left. Lots of wildlife to look at when you go for a walk around the property. Stuff is conveniently close. Beds were comfy and soft. Bathroom was clean and shower water hot.

We missed breakfast because the fd person told us breakfast ended at10 when in fact it ended at 930. Ian was very helpful. The fd person that checked us out was very rude and condescending because we opted not to take the shuttle after waiting an hour. At that point we decided to take a taxi.

This property was good for a few nights(I stayed one). Located in Walking distance of a Walgreens, Dollar Tree, and other establishments made is a nice location when you don’t have a car. The airport transport was efficient and Winston was friendly. Front desk staff were helpful and kind but spread too thin. Lots of phone calls and a large group coming in made the checkin process a little lengthy. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty bad. It had questionable fruit, cereal, waffles, toast, yogurt, coffee, and juice. Nothing substantial or impressive.

Not the best stay

This hotel did not offer suitcase storage or late check out. Breakfast was cereal, toast and waffles only. Hotel shuttle was on the hour only. Hotel personnel were not very friendly with hospitality. Beds need replaced.
