Very clean, offered coffee from 7-11am in the lobby. Staff was good, not very talkative but got the job done lol Pool was open, being used and looked good, we didn’t use it. Only ice machines were by the lobby. That sucked for being 3 floors and quite large.

Pool is awful, small and not heated. Rooms are very nice. Restaurant is closed, was the best? Nice area downtown

We enjoyed our stay! Hotel pools were great and the ocean view room with balcony couldn’t be beat.

Very busy hotel. Check-in process was chaotic and we waited in restaurant for a long time. The lady at the front desk said she would call us when it was ready and did not. I went down to find a massive line. Our room was ready. They say cruise shuttle for a fee, but all they do is give you a phone number to an external company and you arrange it yourself so I don’t believe they should list this as a service they provide. The hotel shuttle from the airport you must call the hotel after you have your luggage. Rooms were decent but a little worn in the bathroom.

we only stayed 1 night thank goodness. What a dump. TV would not work for more then 2 minutes without buffering. Toilet did not flush when we arrived. Bad WIFI, uncomfortable beds and towels that felt like sand paper. Oh yea did I mention the musty smell? The location was good though right at the water.
