Compare Winery Hotels in Plantation

The hotel is showing its age but the staff is quick to care for anything that is not working or usable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept clean and the pool area is very nice. My only problem was that the beds are too high for me. It's difficult for me to get into the bed without a step stool. I loved the huge walk in shower but could have used a shower chair. All in all, we were happy with our experience and we recommend it.

Everything was great except the thermostat. We wrestled with it the whole time. We finally turned it on heat and turned it up to 78 degrees in order to get it a little bit warm. It would still blow cool air.

I don't really leave reviews but i feel i do this time. It was very misleading upon booking. the chairs for the beach i thought were included in the resort fee. They were not. The bathroom door in our room wouldn't shut. The door to the balcony wouldn't lock which i have teenage daughters so i didn't sleep at all. The bartender at the pool wouldn't make pins coladas because of the blender. She didn't know how to work it. The server in the restaurant informed us we couldn't eat at the tables but we couldn't eat at our chairs either
