The hotels are beautiful and well-maintained. The streets and sidewalks are Dirty and you can very easily trip if you’re not paying attention. Part of the ambience of New Orleans. The location in ambience of the hotel were exceptional and would definitely stay there again.

the hotel and our room were beautiful. we had an early excursion booked and were allowed to store our luggage while we were out. when we returned we attempted to go in the back door but it was locked. there were a bunch of drug users/dealers there too. It didn't feel too safe and someone asked my husband if he wanted to buy drugs. I guess that's why that back door is locked.

Convenient location. Nice rooms. Good shower. Helpful staff.

I liked the spacious room (Iberville double bed) and shower, the soft color scheme and brightness of the hallways. The shower could not be turned off completely so you could hear a little drip, but it was not bothersome. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were fast and easy.

Had a wonderful time.The staff was really nice.I did like my room.It was really cute, very clean but I will say this for anyone who loves to have a quiet sleep.Prepare yourself because music gets played till three o'clock in the morning.
