The appt sits across from Highway 1. If you find the orchestral sounds of trains, planes, helicopters, trucks and other types véhicules directly in front and overhead , 24/7, you will enjoy it. Sofas were dated and uncomfortable. The place lacked AC and bug screens on 2/3 windows. It was very hot in late June. On the plus side, it was well equipped, clean, comfortable bed, bathroom newly renovated. Hope the next renovation is to remove carpeting

Our whole family loved this property. It was in its own separate building. It was clean, the host was friendly and communicated well. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need to cook as well as some coffee pods! We will definitely return.

Host was very responsive and welcoming, even providing a nice bottle of red wine for us and some chocolates. The Christmas tree was a nice surprise when we arrived too (we arrived on Boxing Day)! For a small unit, the kitchen was very well equipped. All the amenities (towels, soap, shampoo, utensils, etc) were higher end than I would have expected. The view from the breakfast nook window across the Highway to Rundle Mountain was impressive. This particular unit is very quiet (other than traffic noise and the occasional train), since it is the only one in the reception building/laundry facility, which was closed while we were there, due to pandemic.

When we first walked in, we were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful Christmas tree, place was very clean and had extra cleaning wipes, the kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals (perfect during COVID times!) We loved the location, close to Canmore and very easy to get onto the highway towards the parks. The owners were fantastic! They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed; the toaster stopped working and they were very quick to respond and deal with it! If you're a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs because it is close to the highway. This is a great place and I'd recommend it to everyone!
