The cabin was run down and in disrepair. Dirt on cupboard shelves. Hair in one of the beds. TV didn’t work. Freezer was full of ice, Needed to be unthawed. We had to change cabins for something a bit cleaner. Was not a great experience. The yard and area is unkept. A little junky looking with old cars next to an overfilled recycle bin. Would be a nice place if they painted, did a deep clean and put some energy into cleaning up the property.
Perfectly clean. Everything there that I needed. Comfy bed and sofa. The bathroom is absolute minimum size, particularly for showering and dressing.

The cabins have potential but need to be updated
It was clean but I feel uncomfortable with the bed placement and the general squashed space
The property could be so beautiful but there is used stuff visible along the office building and odds and sofa all over the property
Not cozy , just haphazard

Clean rustic cabins, bed was abit tough but got the job done
It’s unfortunate that when you’re looking around for reasonable places to stay around Banff and Canmore, this place with its subpar accommodations is even allowed to advertise on Expedia. I could deal with a property that’s a little dated as long as the upkeep of the property and buildings was maintained but this place unfortunately has let everything fall apart. The grounds themselves are dirty and unkept. The buildings are in disrepair with poor roofs and interiors, which need a complete overhaul. If I knew then what I know now I would’ve never booked here. We stayed in the larger one bedroom suite which had a living room and supposed Mountain View, but the condition of the building and its interior took away from everything. This place is overpriced with minimal amenities for its guests and the best part is you even have to wash and clean all your own dishes and take out your own garbage when you leave even though you’re spending $400+ dollars per night. For me, it’s a zero out of 10 if I could rate it in the negatives I would. There was mould spots in the shower ceiling and window, damage to the front door inside and out. Water leaking down the wall in the subpar kitchen and one door didn’t even have a working lock on it.
Its a decent place. Close to everything. You get your privacy and its quiet but the service isn’t the best. You have to clean the room and toss the garbage out yourself. Cleanliness and the condition of the chalet is poor.
Run down little “cottages” that are nowhere near worth what they charge. And to top it off, the $100 “extra person” charge (there were 2 of us) is completely insane! Beware of obviously fake 5 star reviews.

I had such a bad experience, room was not clean enough. I feels stuck because of expedia. I didn’t expect this from you.
I like that the chalets are individually located, so no neighbors. But for the price. The inside is very run down. Our bathroom was dirty, with previous peoples' shampoo and moisturizer. The microwave was dirty too. There are no extra blankets either.

This was alright for one night. A quiet spot with lots of space for kids to play, several fire rings, and grills. It was too bright at night inside and the kitchen was missing some basic supplies (e.g. the coffee maker was missing it's filter basket).
