The rooms were nice but nothing in them worked. The plumbing was really messed up. There was some black super strong gassy smelling stuff coming out of sinks and shower. Lights either didn’t work well. Or the lights would turn on n off all night. It was kinda sad for all the money you pay. You would expect things to be at least in decent condition. I don’t think I’ll stay at this hotel again. There’s lots of other Hotels I’ve stayed at that weren’t all gross like the cosmopolitan.

It was annoying that the pool and gym close at 6pm. I'm in Vegas for work and return to the hotel around 5pm, so I didn't really get to use these facilities.

I had a really good time at this property. I just didn’t like that we had early check-in in our room wasn’t cleaned as best as it could’ve been. We found strands of hair on the bed in the bathroom and that was kind of gross but overall I really love the room that I got and then the casino was pretty amazin

We really loved the hotel. Sesame at the service desk was amazing. She was so nice and informative. The check-in line took a long time and I wish Expedia had reminded us we were vip and could go to the private area. On the other hand Sesame was at the general line and she was fantastic. The room was large and updated. It was very quiet and away from any of the parties and bars. The health club was excellent and the person working there was nice. The restaurants were really good and we spent all dinners and the cosmopolitan and had some great meals.

This resort has seen better days. Rooms are quite dark and dated. The check in line was extremely long with no option for mobile check - in. The toilet in our room was broken. The pool looked cloudy and there were no open seats. The pool bartenders were fantastic though!
