No shattle, no breakfast and way out of transportation. when we walked in their TV is not working the room is darker. We call and report that the TV is not working. as though it was our falt they charged us extera $30 per night for changing the room. I don't think that is the kind of service I excpect

Nice hotel! Stayed a couple nights before a cruise. On the downside had no cleaning service and would not do the breakfast buffet there. Most of the hot items were lukewarm if that. They did make more eggs and potatoes for us and bacon that was out but can find better in the neighborhood for the price
