I think anything older and pet friendly, you should just go ahead and pull up the carpet because you’ll never get rid of the smells, but other than that, everything was great!

This establishment is truly wonderful. The location is excellent, and the staff is entirely exceptional. The restaurant offers both delicious food and outstanding service. I am very much looking forward to returning during my next visit.

The property overall is just ok. It is over priced for what you are getting. I was excited to stay here based on the photos and walking into the lobby as it was clean and modern. The cabins at the front of the property are cute but that is not where our room was. As we pulled up to our building it looked ok but when we came it, there was a smell and the carpets are dirty. Our room is dated and the carpets are GROSS! The bathroom door barely has space to open. The sheets are old and peeling. I guess I just expect more for almost $400 a night.

I came here about 10 years ago, I understand that hotels change over time but I booked two rooms and one of them was so smelly. We even had to spray the perfume we brought with us, because we checked in after 10 o'clock, I didn't call the front desk to ask or change the room, one night, I didn't mention it when I was leaving the next day, but the experience was terrible, I won't come back.

Good and not so good

This is considered a resort. There is a indoor pool and hot tub, on-site restaurant, tennis court, outdoor seating area, on-site liquor store. Almost all the rooms are lower level, but a few are 2 story. You would think that a resort that cost $300 a night with all the other amenities would at least have an elevator in the 2 story building, nope! You have to climb 2 sets of stairs! We are not young, asked for lower level, but they were out, not new reservations. I left my suitcase downstairs so my husband could get it after he got his up, no way i could get it upstairs. Luckily a guy that works there was going upstairs to help another customer and he carried it up for me. Also they offer breakfast, but its a grab and go per the information in the room. We did eat in the lounge as you need reservations in the main restaurant. The food was really good, but a bit overpriced. Overall, it was ok, but wouldn't stay there again.

The place was amazing more than I expected. They have late check-in which I thought was great 👍. The room was very clean and front desk staff the nicest young lady I have met.

We asked for ADA/handicapped accessible. The room was big, and the shower was accessible but there was a 4 inch difference from the sidewalk into the door of the room. There is no way a wheelchair can get over that. Once my husband had to crawl over that gap, the room was very comfortable.

Ok overall everything was great. Their site said pool was heated it was not. They did have a hot tub with tons of high powered jets was nice .. The food was very spot on but plan on spending between 70 to 90 dollars per person. For 3 of us it was 300 bucks..mind you we only had 1 drink each and they were 8 bucks for 2 of the drinks and i believe the third drink.was 12 bucks and then we had water no sodas..we got 1 appetizer and 3 meals.. Otherwise everything was great no problems..
