Shower was dirty. Bring blankets. Pillows are uncomfy. So far pool has been closed 9/2025-5/2026. Take that off your plans. Difficulties navigating between wings and parkong garage.

I have stayed at The Brown Hotel many times and it has always been a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room was spacious with a sitting area. The bathroom was very clean.

We reserved 2 rooms with queen beds on arrival we got full size and twin No toilet paper Phones didn’t work Tub look stain up and has paint clipping my child was scared

Sadly, was not able to take a hot shower at this location. It was luke warm at best. That was the main issue I had with the place. Also, couldn't get the room below 70 degrees. The AC said 66 was as cold as it could go, but my thermometer said otherwise. Staff was great though. Pool area... was filthy. They had a high use by children though and that comes with the territory.
