Really everything regarding this property was perfect. Excellent location between stop 1 and 18 of the duvall loop. The property grounds were clean and safe with a locked door to the property. The room was very clean, comfortable, and private. Being to key west 6 times and staying at multiple locations all things considered this was the best place so far. Highly recommend and will happily come back.

I have always liked 4 trip here but this time maid reservice was not that good. We only needed service one day and put card out at 9 no service until we tried to come back at 3 and they were just starting. Hotel was not full either so that was not problem.

When we arrived at the property, I accidentally left my bag with several sodas and snacks at the reservation desk. When I went back for it, the young man said, “yes, I know you left it but I threw it away!” He knew our room, he could’ve brought it to us or called us! The morning breakfast staff were great. Convenient to Duval St and the water front! Nice overall stay!

Clean, Good location, Helpful Staff, I walked everywhere, Bed was horrible! Sagging Mattress, at best needs to be flipped and turned at worst replaced. Had to find and sleep on the high side to keep from feeling I was going to roll off. Also, I don`t recall any mention prior to booking of $48 per day to park off site. If it is mentioned shame on me. Not really the property`s fault I`m sure none of the other smaller hotels have on site parking either. Otherwise, no complaints aside from the bed it was a nice place to stay.

Westwinds is quaint and cozy with modern rooms and tropical vibe. Pools are secluded and surrounded by flowers and foliage. Even the breakfast nook, which has simple but ample selections is so relaxing. Best value too. I’ve stayed many places but this is my fav, also walkable to Duval, pier and marina areas. FABULOUS trip for granddaughters wedding!

There is no parking on the property at all and finding parking in the area can be challenging. Otherwise an amazing property in the perfect location for exploring Key West

Very nice property well maintained. Everything 5 stars except the breakfast which was what I’d expect at a Holiday Inn. The coffee was lukewarm most mornings; the orange juice should be fresh squeezed-it’s Florida after all; baked goods were sub-par and fruit selection very limited.

Loved the location, the gardens and pool. Remember to ask for a room away from the street. Pickup of garbage at 5AM was a bit of a surprise, we also picked up a lot of motorcycle noise as our room was right on the street. Fantastic location for any activities anywhere throughout the old town activities.

A very spacious and comfortable suite with a small living room equipped with a sofa, a coffee machine and a microwave. The bed is just right, not too soft nor too hard. Sufficient towels and full sets of shampoos, conditioners and shower gels. Comfortable like home. A lovely swimming pool surrounded by tropical plants and flowers. We didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast because we got up at 10am when the breakfast serving ended. Guess it would be good experience having breakfast by the swimming pool under the tropical trees. The parking in Key West is a headache. There is a parking lot within minutes walk and it costs over $50 a night. Better check with the hotel in advance to see if there’s any discount coupon left for the overnight parking at $42. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a very good choice in Key West! Highly recommended.
