Loved our deluxe size room and the folks assisting with the bags, being shown directly to our room and the size, amenities and qualities of all products picked. The blissful bed delivered and was the comfiest of all beds we've stayed at and the noise level was so quiet (assuming there was good noise reduction techiniques in place AND also thenstreet its on is not overrun like some hotels we stayed at closer to victoria station area) that we often slept in numerous days and didnt realize how late it was.

We came to celebrate a special occasion. We were given a fabulous room with a view. The staff were truly warm and friendly, the hotel location, condition and facilities were great, pool, steam room, restaurant and all. We will definitely return and we heartily recommend it.

Hotel was perfect location for us so near to everything and it was comfortable and clean Extremely polite staff

They offer voucher if you opt out of laundry, which I find very green and a good incentive

Is good the only thing I did not like is the price of breakfast extremely expensive
