I love Harrah's. It's always Clean, Staff is Helpful and Polite. There are several restaurants to choose from at the Hotel. Also, it's close to the shops so I can walk. Great area.

There is no room service. If you stay more than 1 night,you have to make your room by yourself. Fortunately,I asked them to send some towels and they did it…..I say,fortunately because I almost have to use the same towel. They should improved their job.

Well, I chose this place for the location and so we can use the spa by the pool and that was closed, that should be told to people before they reserve rooms. They shut off the hot water one day for about seven hours and didn’t tell us when we checked in, and only told us after the fact.

we loved it

We loved the hotel and the rooms. I stayed in 1132, the large room with 2 bathrooms. I didn't like that the casino doesn't give anything, it only takes money.
