Perfect room for date night!

This was a great last minute stay. Although pricey, the room is so large and quiet. Qith 2, yes i said 2 toilet rooms one with shower and one with shower/tub convo. This is an extreme nice feature especially for just a couple. However i could do my makeup without the mirror fogging while my husband showered and we could both pee after the comedy show. I love the decor and spaciousness. Hotel staff was super kind. Great central location too.

Not what i expected.

Dirty Room. Outdated and lack of amenities. The only good things about his place was the two restrooms in the room and the valet service. Location was great but casino was mediocre at best.

It was alright.

There’s a lot a pros and cons at this hotel: Pros: -great location, if you ski, you can walk to gondola -all the rooms have two bathrooms one with a bath and the other with a shower Cons: -not a lot of options for food and neither did the connecting hotel. But there are more next to hotel -rooms are older and were renovated a while ago so dated -rooms weren’t cleaned well -there was paint peeling and mold at window seals -our phone didn’t work the whole time. We told front desk and said they’d send an engineer and never did -the power was out for hours on our second day so that was an inconvenience not having power for that many hours with kids. And that’s not their fault cause the whole city was out but on site only thing available was the casino.

Not so nice deal

We had a 3 day stay to ski South Lake .....the hotel had many hidden fees, parking fees, "resort fees, additional taxes, tips....wverything was overpriced - coffe, food, snacks....there was no cleaning services mid week....the room was clean, large but some of the furniture was broken and worn....staff was friendly but over worked....
