The room and public areas were very clean. The staff was friendly and contentious especially Melinda who was in charge of breakfast. She was always cheerful and made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Guest coughing on breakfast items and another blows on the waffle maker. Apparently adult need supervision. Mattress was sagging. Otherwise clean and neat nice pool area.

The staff was amazing very polite and helpful. I had daily issues with the keys not working on the property or to my room also got covered in bug bites that welted up almost looks like a spider bite itches like crazy

This hotel had great reviews and probably the rest of the rooms are fine and we just got that one bad room, but it wasn’t great at all. There was such a bad stain and sitting water in the bathtub that I literally thought somebody had thrown up in it. It also had a smell. The toilet seat and all the pictures on the wall were crooked and when I went to dry my hands on the towel rack, the bar fell off. Our sink took FOREVER to drain! The pool was freezing cold and my kids were so disappointed about that. The one saving grace for me was that the staff were so sweet and courteous. No complaints at all about them! However, given all the other hotel options in town, we will sadly never stay here again.
