We liked being able to walk to the UW campus and for coffee in the morning. Our room and bed were quite comfortable and the fireplace in the lobby was a nice feature!

The bedding, towels and sink counter top were clean and nice. The carpet was stained, looked dirty and had wrinkles in it. The wall attached hair dryer has flashing light that made me think there was an emergency warning light going off. Unplugging the dryer solved that. Wall covering and carpets in room and most common areas need replaced. Breakfast food was good! Coffee was horrible. Clean area but chair upholstery looked dirty. Beds were clean but due to the other factors I would not stay here again.
