My room had no toilet paper. When I first got there they gave me keys to a room and when we went in there was people occupying it already. They told me they switched my room and when I asked if it had the same about of beds nobody knew a thing, literally nobody who worked there knew

We stayed in the "One Bedroom Center Strip" room, and overall, it was a solid experience. The location was fantastic—right between the Cosmopolitan and the Bellagio—making it easy to walk to everything on the Strip. We also had direct access to the Cosmopolitan, which was a nice bonus, and parking in the Cosmopolitan garage was free. The room was clean and had all the basic necessities we needed for our stay. However, the name "StripViewSuites" is a bit misleading. Our room faced a solid wall, so there was no view of the Strip or Vegas lights, which was disappointing. If you're expecting a view, it's worth double-checking what you're getting. Check-in is strictly at the stated time unless you pay in advance for early check-in, so plan accordingly. That said, everything went smoothly, and the stay was comfortable overall. I would book this room again if it ended up being my most affordable option, but I’d likely look elsewhere first if having a view is important to you.

Head and Shoulders above

We took a guys trip to Vegas. 4 of us stayed in this suite and we weren’t disappointed. We have stayed many times at the Jockey Club, but always in their standard suites. This suite was head and shoulders above the standard rooms. We loved it and would really like to stay in the same unit again on our next trip!

Love the location and view from our room. The space is big and perfect for my family. The inly thing I did not like is the bed. Too hard and lumpy and aggravates my back condition. Otherwise it would have been perfect.

We enjoyed the extra space in the room and the kitchen amenities. The view of the Bellagio fountain was great. The proximity to accessing The Cosmopolitan was very convenient. The sofa bed was bent and could not be fully pulled out which left the bed surface cocked at an odd angle so the room only comfortably sleeps 4.

It was a very small space enough beds but doesn’t look anything like the pictures that were posted. The view to the fountain wasn’t what was described in the post. Kitchen area was not designed for cooking a simple breakfast. ABSOLUTELY NO WIFI we had to pay for our wifi (which we decided not too) overall property is not what I will be booking in the future.

Could tell rooms were older and bathroom was small particularly the vanity while 4 girls ere trying to get ready. It was advertised as one bedroom suite with 2 beds sleeps 6. It did have all the sleeping space but it was all in one room, no separate bedroom as photo showed. Did like the fact there was a kitchen so could make breakfast/lunch and save some money for a family of 5. Target was close to walk to and buy some groceries. LOVED the view of the strip and Bellagio water show nightly. Great location for what we wanted to do. Hot tube was in a small room - fine for what we wanted at this time of year. Pool was nice but weather was not nice enough to spend much time out there. Pool was in between both tall Jockey tours so limited direct sun. Overall a good experience. I would consider staying there again depending on what we wanted to do during our time in Vegas. Felt it was a clean, safe area. Staff and security were all very nice and helpful with any questions we had.

It started with our checking in. Did not know we had to go to Security to check in. Found this out when we went to Jockey Club checkin desk. The condo could use some cleaning on the carpets and rugs in it. Had to request towels and the housekeeping crew are only available 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. No housekeeping during our stay. Had to remove our own trash to the trash chute. Had to strip our beds of the sheets and blankets and leave towels in basket in an area they could retrieve them. Will not book through Expedia again. The price we paid for 6 nights should have better housekeeping. Oh, the pullout sofa would not pull out so couldn’t use.

First was seeing the 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door. Actually HEARD it first. Everyone walking by talking, or kids screaming. AND we were right outside the elevator... Second was the condition of the tub. With the rate you charge, one could hope you could afford to refinish the bathtub. Third: tripping over the rug that you tried to double tape down is the accident waiting to happen. And finally, replace the sofa bed or get the cushions replaced or redone.
