Beautiful…but.

The resort is beautiful and the suites are large and very comfortable! Unfortunately, you need to walk through the casino to access rooms and smoking is still allowed, the rooms are only stocked with mini bar Overpriced items, and the signage to walk anywhere can be confusing! The staff (front desk, valet, really anyone in uniform) were very friendly and helpful. Suggestions…have at least 2 complimentary bottles of water and a little snack basket upon arrival-everyone has traveled and paid a lot of money to stay with you. Then I may be more inclined to pay $14.00 for a snickers!

Rude luggage front desk

Luggage desk Lady Martha was rude when asking politely. She want to just pass our inquiries to other desk and feels like so unwelcoming. Bed mattress for suite room is kinda hard. Bath products are not so good compare to other hotels closeby. TV connection is on and off and showing on screen “This room is not checked in, call front desk”. It was okay stay.
