Overall experience there was great. Room was very nice especially the spacious bathroom and luxurious shower.

Marvelous stay, staff is friendly and attentive, room was super clean and the bed was SO comfortable. Seeing fireworks over the Opera House was a huge bonus!!

Beautifully clean room wuth all the amenities I needed including Balmsin products Rather sad that towels replaced each day despite me hanging them up Plenty of eating options within hotel and a short walk to Trams buses and Wynyard metro so easy to and from airport Excellent value

Had a really pleasant stay here. The hotel is in a great location about a 5-minute walk to Town Hall station and supermarket, close to tram stops, and surrounded by plenty of places to eat which made everything very convenient. The room was clean with a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed, perfect after a long day exploring. A special thank you to Hanny and Rich who were both fantastic, friendly, helpful, and made the stay even better. All staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout. Would happily stay again.

Bell hops were outstanding. Easy check in. Room very clean.
