We kept waiting for a crib all night when they said they were bringing one and never got it. The room is very old. My husband trusted staying here would be a great experience but it was the complete opposite.

The property seems okay overall. I had a terrible view from my balcony of the restaurant glass, which would have been fine except the glass was filthy. I saw two cockroaches in my room. Besides that, the decor the as fine. A fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building around 9 pm, but they resolved the issue and we were back in our rooms by 9:30. The staff was professional and polite. A neighbor played very loud music (in a hotel) until 2 am loudly enough to shake the wall my bed leaned against. But besides the cockroaches and loud neighbor, it was an average hotel. I paid a reduced rate which is why I was fine staying here. If I had paid $150+ I would want my money back.

Poor cleaning

The service and friendly atmosphere was great the food at both the bar and Irish Pub was great as well as the service of the bartender, waitress etc but the room was dirty, carpet had stains everywhere, furniture was dirty etc. We will not stay at this hotel again and will not recommend to anyone

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The housekeeping was terrible and rude. They left one towel in the room and when I asked for more ( there were two of us in the room) the response was that was all I was going to get. And when I called down to get more they never came. I ended up taking them from the cart. They never vacuumed and the floors throughout the hotel were nasty.

I had a great stay at this hotel, everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing, which made for a nice experience. The only downside is the $20 parking fee, which isn't mentioned upfront. Just something to keep in mind before booking. Other than that, I’d definitely consider staying here again.
