Compare Cheap Hotels in Kings Cross St. Pancras

Room is quite small for a family room. Bunk beds were okay. The double bed goes up and down and was a surprise for us.. my kid liked it.. kinda smart so we have space to place luggages since the room is tiny.. configuration of the room is odd.. toilet doesnt flush fully and finicky. Exhaust on bathroom very loud. No elevator so if your room is in 4th flr and u got big luggage, goodluck! Though there's a nice porter guy who helped us (we just in 2ndflr). Very responsive on chat. Super near St.Pacras &KingsCross. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Just be careful when you walk around coz some are weird looking..just stay on your hotel where its safe.

One friendly and helpful front desk manager and one grumpy unfriendly desk manager. The room was great -quiet at night as there is a traffic restriction close to Kings Cross station

We have stayed at The Standard many times. This trip was an anniversary get. way. The staff are all wonderful, every person you meet is friendly and professional. We had a small problem and the duty manager Sanya went above and beyond to fix it. There can always be issues but it's how the hotel deals with it that makes a difference. The Standard is a very cool, very clean and wonderfully located hotel. There are hundreds of things to do on your doorstep. Will definitely return

Room was comfortable, staff helpful & food & drinks to a high standard, however 2 out of 3 lifts being out of service was problematic to say the least.
