Location is perfect

Hotel was in a fantastic area, great staff. The only negative was the bed was pretty hard. Otherwise it was great.

One of our two rooms didn’t have any area to section off our luggage. There was no way to access front desk via hotel telephone. This place felt like paying for a hotel experience and instead receiving a hostel experience. Yes, the hotel is very nicely designed but the basic room upkeep does not match. I should have someone coming to the room to make sure there’s soap in my bathroom when there was none for my time there, the trash wasn’t taken out so I would have to try and find a trash can in the lobby (there was one) to throw away simple things because no one came to empty out the can until my second to last day did I receive a cleaning service.

Middle Eight had everything I expected and needed. They were able to check us in early after our long flight and that was invaluable to us! The hotel had a lot of people there for a conference but it never affected our stay. No waiting for elevators or services.
