Great location, nice comfortable rooms

The room was very clean and very tidy however, the bed was very uncomfortable also requested additional towels prior to arrival and after arrival and neither time was towel sent to the room, which was a little disappointing. The bed is something that’s uncontrollable I understand as we lay in the bed. It becomes worn down, however towels that could’ve been completed there was no reason for that to not happen.

Great location for a quick London visit. Clean rooms and friendly service.

Nice hotel in great location. No sure if it is just my room (517) but walls a bit thin and could clearly hear man in next room talking on the phone every night. Fortunately did not talk all night… but a bit disturbing when you want to sleep.

Great price for location. Room had everything needed.

Hotel, room, and staff were excellent. Well maintained. My only complaint is the bathtub: very high and very little space to get in and get out.
