It’s ok…

This review is likely a little tainted by Jet-lag, but here goes: Positives: We had apartment 41 and it was a good size with a nice kitchenette feature to prepare and serve your own food. Bed was MASSIVE and pretty comfortable. Negatives: No information provided in check-in regarding breakfast, housekeeping etc. Trams start “donging” their bells outside the room from around 6am. Housekeeping was hit and miss; we put the “$10 voucher for no clean” outside the room and was not provided and then put a “make up room” sign outside another day which was not done and the sign still on the door after being out for 12 hours from 0900-2100. We’ve now checked into the Crowne Plaza and even the immediate welcome is chalk-and-cheese compared to Batman’s Hill on Collins.

I like the property, but the room was very small considering it was the heritage room not a standard room. Bed was up against the wall which would not have been good for two adults I picked a better room so it would be bigger than a standard room otherwise the property was great and great location
