We have found our new go to accommodation in Melbourne CBD. Location is great. We stayed in an apartment with balcony, city view - street noise was not an issue (even with a club across road). Kitchen was well equipped (oven, stove top, fridge/freezer) Bed was comfy, shower was spacious. Gym and laundry on site. Staff were friendly and everyone seems genuinely happy to be at work & chat with guests; even in passing in halls & lift. The little things have been thought of: reliable wifi, TV casting to enable streaming, adeqaute crockery cutlery, cooking utensils for 2 people. Complimentary midday check out was cherry in the cake :) Suggestions for improvements: hair dryer in bathroom would be great! A dust pan to sweep up crumbs. More than 1 face washer per stay. Overall, clean, quiet, spacious, well equipped and excellently located for all Melbourne has to offer. Can't wait to come back :)

The room was not clean. When the towels were replaced daily they were put in the dining room table sometimes no bathmat was with them. The smell ok the room was disgusting. We had to spend a night with windows open and the smell was almost unbearable. They moved us the next night.

The location was excellent, walking distance to shops, Southbank, Victoria Markets, theatre. Opposite Hardware lane with restaurants, bars etc. The room was clean and comfortable although a couple of us found the beds uncomfortable but I found mine fine.Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a good stay at Brady hotel's. It was clean and good amenities, balcony didnt have the best view but wasnt terrible. Both my partner and i hurt our feet/toes on the floor walking in & out of the bathrooms as the floors wernt the same height. The parking was a little tricky as you have to walk a little bit to get there & our car got broken into while it was parked there

Property lovely and clean. Well presented..needed a few things. Drawers , more coat hangers, hooks in the bathroom, a few utensils eg bottle opener. We wouldnt pay for a balcony again as plants dead..cigarette butts in planter. No real outlook. We really enjoyed our stay and it was nice abd central. Many eateries and close public transport.
