I will not stay at this hotel again. The apartment was dirty and dusty. I was informed by the front desk that it had been serviced that morning. There was rubbish on the balcony and dead plants in pots. Nothing like the photos online. It was just not great. They were fully booked so i couldnt be moved till the next day and only after i complained again to the front desk. The whole responce from the staff gave the impression they werent that bothered.
When i contacted wotif to see about compensation. They tried but nothing came of it. I am very disappointed.
We stayed a night and the next day we woke up and saw bed bugs in the bed when we returned home my partner took his clothes off and was covered in bed bug bites very unhappy with the cleanliness off the place apauling

Made payment for extra two nights stay and car park , somehow it wasn’t recorded on system. It resulted trouble when I continue using parking facilities.
Made enquire at reception, they questioned me that Why I didn’t make the payment .Once the payment receipt presented, they just started to look into.
Finally, have parking ticket validated.
Their explanation was just “ system error “ but no apology for it. Stated the words to the effect of “ I didn’t take your payment, so I don’t need to apologise to you!”
Will not return to this place and recommend no one for it.
The tap in the shower was not working. Staff notified Saturday nothing was done. After it dripped all night it wouldn't turn on enough to shower on Sunday. On Sunday no property manager until 9.30. Finally able to move rooms. No apologies didnt really seem to care.
from a damaged coffee table , damaged wall and chipped plate , our first impressions were not good .
Later discovering A/C was not working , with thermostat display showing "fault ", though
(we could thankfully open windows to let cool breeze in ) , then discovering a sizeable puddle growing in a corner of the bathroom that we assumed was from a leaking toilet , it appears that quality control was not high on a list of priorities.
This was a pity because the location of hotel was fantastic, close to the theatre we were visiting as well as withing walking distance to many other visitor destinations.
I was incredibly disappointed with this accommodation. We were there early December and the A/C wasn't cooling the room down at all. They had 1x oscillating fan for 2 bedrooms, so the kids had to sleep in the hotter room, with no form of cooling the room down.
The balcony was ontl top of the foyer to reception and people had thrown cigarette butts and rubish on top of it, so it felt incredible dirty.
The king bed had very uncomfortable springs that popped up asnyou rolled over.
The fridge was broken, so our drinks and milk disnt stay cold at all.
I reported the A/C & Fridge issues to reception.
