8 nights spent in this hotel. Excellent location, great breakfast, rooms good. Only slight negative for me was the view from the window which was directly into an adjacent office block. If visiting Melbourne again, I would definitely consider this hotel again.

Quite pleased that there was drinking chocolate provided in the kitchen of our room, aside from the usual tea and coffee. Loved also that there was a washing machine in our room. Disliked the part where, when taking the lift to our floor, we had to get off at level 3A, then change to another lift to get to our floor... that was a bit inconvenient.

Hotel is in a great location and was very clean. Their luggage holding service was also secure. It has got a unique layout sharing some spaces with the hotel next door which means you need to change elevators, and the smell of their cleaning product or whatever is sprayed in the hallways is overwhelming. Overall worth it to stay but also worth knowing before you book.

Having the large gardens across the road was great for giving a feeling of space rather than staring straight into another high rise. Tram stop right outside made it easy to get anywhere. It is also easy walking distance to the whole of the central cbd. Some great dining options nearby too.

The Jazz Corner Hotel provided a very enjoyable stay. It is in a very good location near the free tram service to tour the city. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, modern and has very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent! Definitely recommend staying there!!

Reception staff need to learn how to use their computer programs. We were told we had not paid for our 4 night stay. I was able to show the reception male the receipt sent from Hotels.com but he would take no notice of me. When his female partner receptionist returned was able to advise him yes we had indeed paid.
