Staff were lovely and check in was super easy. Location was fantastic. Apartment was roomy and comfortable but getting a little tired. Shower was hot and good water pressure. There was dust on the dining chairs and the shower grout while clean was definitely showing its age but this wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely stay there again next time I’m in Melbourne

Location location Stay here a couple of times during the last few years but the rooms are getting a little tired. But the room has 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms! Fantastic for travelling with older adults.

Good location!

A great place with plenty of room, clean and nice linens! The staff were lovely, and met our needs when required. A bigger smart tv could be a needed update, and the curtains could be improved on. But convenient location, and everything you need.

Hot water system wasn't constant. Either extremy hot water in shower or very cold, despite trying to adjust tap. AC did not work was given heater on the last night. Reception does not answer any of your calls. Never stay there again ...

A large room, but id especially wanted a kitchenette, which only had one pan available, meaning using it for cooking was impossible. Place felt a bit tired, old equipment etc. dont look at the range hood!
