Fantastic, comfortable weekend stay

Arriving at the hotel from the airport was easy by taxi and Allessia made our check-in quick and very informative. Allessia was also on hand most days to let us know about what was going on in the city that day and made some great recommendations. The room was comfortable and the ac was simple to use. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

We spend a significant amount of time researching and choosing hotels to ensure they tick a number of boxes when we travel - located in key areas and on a main street (in this case a shopping precinct), modern, highly rated, clean, appropriately priced etc. and we were very happy with this choice. Fantastic room, hotel, staff and location. A cleaner shower would have been appreciated. However, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Okay hotel but I wouldn’t stay again

Noisy neighbor that kept me up two nights in a row so can’t give any more than 3 stars. Also breakfast was quite average, and pool was more like a small plunge pool and entry to the pool was through the restaurant which was strange. Service was good and staff friendly

Overall staff were excellent, made sure we felt welcome and in general room was awesome minus a couple of fussy details. No microwave which is minuet I know, no coffee sachets, only pods that would not work in machine provided. Night 2 noticed a blood stain on quilt. Other than that mostly satisfied with Voco

Great stay

It was a great stay overall. Staff members are very friendly especially Jino, he was super friendly to every, each customers! Location is superb. Room was tiny however the view from the room(we stayed on the 26th floor) was stunning.
