Unusually rude staff that is serving breakfast. Went there around 9:00 for breakfast that lasts until 10:00. They were out of all main items that make breakfast: out of eggs and sausage, out of waffle dough and out of milk for cereal. Well when I found the person who is in charge of the area she clearly was annoyed about the ask is she could refill the items. It is not what she said but how she said it, the tone and facial expression. Room was “OK” but the whole area smells like Raid insect spray.

This place got excellent reviews and so thats why I chose it over the Fairfield and Holiday. Its not a terrible place, but I wouldn't give it excellent. Breakfast was just the ordinary hotel breakfast, nothing great. Towels had makeup stains. Floors were dirty. It was fine for a couple of nights.

I’ve stayed here twice and would stay again. Convenient location for starting out to the Keys or South Everglades. Property is very clean & satisfactory. I did have a problem with the guest laundry machine, these things are frustrating but the staff got it working for me.

Pretty nice hotel. Unfortunately, the floors they installed in the rooms leave a residue on your feet. They were clean, but the material wiped off very easily. We had to resort to playing "floor is lava" during our stay.
