They did not respond to my message to them thru Expedia regarding my flight arrival. As a result, no airport shuttle picked us up. They should put down their limited airport shuttle schedule on their listing on Expedia or their website. We ended up getting an Uber. Also, there was no body wash or bar soap in the shower. There is a bar soap in the sink outside the bathroom. We also forgot our 2 chargers in the room. We called them and asked for their email address, so we sent an email regarding it. We didn't get any response. On the other hand, the chicken wings and the ribs in the bar were good. The nearest area for restaurants was about a 20 minute walk, per the hotel receptionist.

Great hotel But rooms need to cleaned better. We stayed 2 times 1st time for 3 days. 2nd time for just a night. We arrived with our group They could not hold our luggages for us. They 2 ladies working at the front desk were not helpfull They even tried to help us.
