I didn't receive any benefits!! The hotel is nice, the rooms are big they definitely needs to do some renovation and fix the elevators. Staff very nice and friendly.

The rooms were not ready by Check-in time. The room itself was in poor condition: a broken plate in the kitchen cupboard, the couch had a horrible large stain, and the single counter stool was also visibly broken and an absolute fall hazard. The overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel could use some updating. The front desk is not very responsive in addressing concerns. While Sunny Isles Beach is a great location for family-oriented beach visit, I would highly recommend delaying this hotel until mayor updates are executed.
