My 2 night stay

I stayed here on my own visiting one of my children who lives in NY. Check in was fast and professional. The room was cosy and contemporary super sound proofed and had everything you could need. The bed was really comfortable. The only negatives were that the lighting/switches were overly complicated and Valet parking was a disaster. But.. I will definately stay here again.

Terrible maintenance service. Toilet broke twice. Asked to fix problem at 8:30am and at 2pm the cleaning lady solved the problem. Second, two elevators and no service elevator. Waiting times in the morning can be very very long

This hotel is stunning and the staff are excellent however, it was not clear in the description that room temperature is not controllable in each room. I wish we had read more reviews but it seems that many people had experiences where it was freezing during the winter or in our case roasting on an 80 degree day. I dont have too many expectations when i travel but this is definitely one of them. Atleast put an old school fan in the rooms!
