Upon walking in the first night they were out of water. We asked for daily room service and they skipped a day. The coffee machine wasn’t working so they told us we could buy 2 cups from the restaurant downstairs. They did replace the machine but didn’t give us coffee or cups. We were celebrating a birthday and asked for 2 wine glasses for a special bottle of wine that we brought from Oregon. They didn’t have any. We had to use the plastic cups in the bathroom. Just ruined the experience. There is a non working clock sitting on the nightstand. Why??? They forgot to leave hand towels. Overall just mediocre and will never stay there again.

Rooms were small even for New York standards. Rooms could use maintenance as there were cupboard doors broken and bathroom door difficult to open. Staff was helpful but uninformed and seemed untrained. Good location. Nice rooftop bar.

We were able to check in early on a Wednesday, and desk was willing to keep bags if not, and will keep bags even after check out. Greeting was friendly, and room was clean & very quiet and we were on the 3rd floor. Great roof top bar as well. The room was small as others have noted, but very efficient. Was in the city for a show, not the room anyway!

The rooms were very small even for NY standards and the room could use some maintenance. The cupboard doors were broken and would not close and the bathroom door was difficult to open. The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff in the upstairs bar were friendly and helpful.

Stay here was great! Staff was super helpful and very kind! The location is a perfect walking distance. The only flaw is the 24hr gym is pretty small and can fit maybe 3 people max at a time. But everything else is wonderful! Highly recommend
