Location was fantastic, we had been specifically looking for a room that had a terrace/balcony so we could open windows but on arrival we were told this hotel does not have them, although that was noted on the booking as available on expedia. Disappointed on arrival but we stayed anyway and had a lovely peaceful night in the city and great access to everything we came for. Inclusive parking was great though you can't re-enter the carpark once checked in , it has to stay there till check out so we just walked where we needed to go.

As a repeat customer I was very happy overall with my stay. I was disappointed that for during my time frame the men’s steam room & sauna was out of service yet the room price remained the same. It is one of the key reasons I stay at this property I also revisited the Our Land bar/ restaurant & was very pleased with the attentive service & staff after prior below par experiences.

Breakfast offering looked a little tired with limited choices at 8:30. Air con and the sound-proofing were very good. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Room was lovely. The Dinner and Breakfast was Great. Staff were very friendly.

Restaurant was excellent.
