Room was very clean. Hotel is nice and modern. Great location. Only problem was the noise level. Fifth floor corner room was crazy loud due to traffic down below on a busy street. Even complimentary ear plugs didn't drown out the sirens, engines, and noisy 18 wheelers. Room needs better sound-proofing.

Room 433, smelled horrible, I called the front desk because the tv remote did not work, I was never brought a new one. The bar was overcrowded and understaffed. I ordered a makers mark and sprite, was given a cup with makers mark, nothing else. Instead of a salad, that I ordered, I got steamed veggies. Overall extremely disappointed all around.

Room was ok. The air was out, an error on the wall thermostat and when trying to get the unit on the wall to work it wouldn’t stay on. We had gone out for the night and by the time we came back it was after midnight. No ac the entire night. Toilet paper holder on the wall kept falling down and the roll would slide off. Expensive drinks at the bar. Good location though.

This is my 3rd time staying here. Great front desk staff! Only area of dissatisfaction was with the parking. They now charge for parking! $25 a night. They said it was the city but it’s not true. You need to use the free parking garage which is a pain when you have luggage.
