Not only do you have to pay for parking, you have to pay for breakfast as well if you wanted it. We were woken up by the fire alarm and had to vacate the building without being given any explanation. I won't be staying here again.

I stayed here for 5 days. It was cleaned daily, but there is definitely a deep clean that needs to be done. Hopefully it was the floor we were on, but the hallway carpet was deeply gross. The shower head had mildew. Maybe it's that I was comparing it to the Sheraton at the Houston airport which I've stayed at quite a few times. Front desk staff were always excellent, which to me is more important so I still give it a 5 star!

The air conditioner wasn’t functioning properly, there were stains on the comforter, and the bathroom appeared quite dated, with visible dirt and stains in the corners. While such wear and tear might be acceptable in a standard 2-star hotel, it was disappointing to encounter these issues at a Sheraton, which is marketed as a 4-star property.

We could not believe when we pulled up how nice this hotel was, and it was at such a reasonable price!! My son literally said I was bougie lol. But I paid the same or less than I do at other hotels (we travel a LOT for travel volleyball). The staff was super nice and the rooms were clean and nice. You do have to pay $20 a day to park, but that’s pretty normal for the area. But to only pay under $400 for a 3 night stay at such a nice hotel, totally worth it. We will definitely stay again!

The property is incredible. Superbly keep up and extremely clean. There are two fees to be conscience of: a $20 parking fee and a $50 incident holding fee.

I rarely stay at Sheratons but when I have they have usually been a step above. This one was just average despite even how it looked from the outside. It was a clean and otherwise well maintained property but it just felt lke the amenities was lacking. The room was clean but I took the do not disturb sign off before 9 AM and the service didn’t come for the entire 3 days and I was on the Club level Club level was disappointing. Frosted windows mainly because most rooms on that level overlook the roof and the ventilator systems. Granted this hotel though it a nice safe area felt like it was built in the middle of a large parking lot. It serves its purpose if you want a nice comfortable bed and nice room but it’s not what Sheraton used to mean
