When you walk in your notice a huge stain on the comforter. The bed was hard as a rock. You barely had a balcony and they had a show going on at night and there was no parking for the guests and they where breaking down the event until 2am and that’s all you could hear.

Very nice facility. clean, quite, the irish pub was wonderful. the only negative aspect of our visit was that the wi-fi was not working in our room, the lobby, or restaurant.

Absolutely terrible experience. Whatever you do, don’t get a room facing the outdoor AC condensers — the noise is unbearable! Forget about getting any sleep. I booked a king-size bed and instead was given two queens, with the front desk brushing it off because I booked through Expedia. The rooms are old, tired, and outdated, and the bathroom feels straight out of the 1980s. No hand soap by the sink, worn fixtures, and zero attention to detail. The only reason I stayed here was because it was close to my office meeting — never again!

The Sheraton is a nice place if you like a quiet environment. The facility met my needs and the employees were kind and accommodating. My room however is very dated, but was comfortable.

I had to call the desk everyday for my room to be clean and for the proper amounts of towels, hand towels, and wash cloth. One incident, the staff brought up towels (male staff) and my fiance went to the door. She said the man grabbed he hand and he was unprofessional which made her uncomfortable. We call the front desk. Instead of them acting on our complaint, they told ua to write up a incident report. This is unacceptable to me!
