There was a lot of good and some bad. There were a lot of things to do and we would've liked to enjoy them more but it seemed like certain things were preventing us from enjoying them fully.The wifi wouldn't stay connected, or pick up a strong signal and calling their IT service did nothing. These days it's pretty important to be able to connect to it. Their shuttle service wasn't helpful because we couldn't ever find a driver to take us to our building. It was annoying especially because our room was far from the front desk where the shuttle to the theme parks picks up and drops off nearby. The a/c didn't operate properly when we first arrived, but an a/c tech came and fixed it quickly. All other amenities were enjoyable and the arcade was a highlight because of the several free play game cards that we received upon arrival. Also the fishing was especially fun. The bike rental was nice, but we would've liked the option to rent for longer than an hour, when it wasn't busy. The operating hours at the marina were at strange hours of the day, if you're going to universal studios and ride the 10am shuttle to it and catch the 7pm back to the resort, you would never enjoy the marina, which is where you rent the bikes, fishing equipment and golf clubs and balls. The stay was a fun experience overall

Great for families. A lot to do included in the fair.

Best bang for buck. Clean rooms, amazing staff and 100 percent family oriented.

It was a great setup for kids with plenty of things to do. Beautiful view!

We had to switch rooms because of baby roaches and then when we got in the second room the phone wasn’t working in the main room. But other than that it was good.
